Order of Star of India Stuck in Monetizing
Though the phrase may be obscure in its own. But it has a great relevance when we talk about BCCI. The phrase can be used as an abstract definition to our renowned, money making business organization registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act. Since we are talking about BCCI, eventhough it is registered but it is a Private Club Consortium which has an exception of showing balance sheet as any other private club do. And so do it sister State Clubs. I hope I reasonably use the term for the Cricketing club.

Political Hibernation

Well it was even worse for some parties who tried to make their independent image and got a major set back because of their swinging nature and policies.

As I told you before that my second preoccupation is with IPL. So here too the team I am supporting has not come out with its star players striking high or you can say they are yet to go for maximum nos. of DLF Maximum. So the case of election and IPL seems similar to me. But I am confident enough here that the team which is still maintaining the highest position in the tally will continue to maintain so even after the completition of the Season 2.
So best of luck to these guys.
Stay Healthy

Powering Earth or Power Global Temperature
Coal Fired Power Plant

After 40-50 years, the condition of people at tropical region would be like this.

We are going from most populated to most polluted nation if nothing will be done . Global warming is the most detrimental type of nature's calamityinduced by unnatural activity and is a threat to whole world now. We are preparing ourselves to abort any kind of nuclear attack from our enemies but we have to realize that we are the enemy of our own. Are we prepared to face it? I guess no and because there is no cure but only prevention to this, we have to act now. In the journey of developing India, power is playing an important role. And we are doing everything possible to make upto the need of growing India. Setting up power plant, but are these power plant eco-friendly. I am afraid no. Because maximum of them are coal fired. So effectively we have done nothing and not doing anything to prevent the surging heat. Let's take up a brief look at how these power plant contribute to Global temperature through their wastes and effluents. A single 1000 MW(e) coal plant emits some 6 000 000 tonnes of CO2 annually. A 1000 MW(e) coal plant, depending on sulphur content, on average produces annually 44 000 tonnes of sulphur oxides and 22 000 tonnes of nitrous oxides that are dispersed into the atmosphere. Additionally, there are 320 000 tones of ash containing 400 tonnes of heavy metals. May be these are the excerpts of data taken from IAEA's official website, but do we make considerations of these while deciding the source of power. If so then why don't we move to other sources of energy like Hydro or Nuclear.
Well the greehouse gases are not only the outcome of combustion of fossil fuels but also the new form of land use and modern agriculture practice.
The transition would be something like this.
Although, Govt. is busy in distributing the tenders for setting up the power plant to private sectors or PSUs but is it really concerned about paying attention to the after effects on nature. Moreover, instead of looking for alternate sources of its own, Govt. is looking towards its counterpart like US to come up with ideas, which might be indeed brought up by some Indian living there, to adopt. Well is that it? Nothing else. I wonder there nothing else.
Instead of blaming other nations for greater emission of harmful gases, I think it is the time India come up with befitting reply to the world community with its active participation in reducing greenhouse gases and proving itself to be a future leader.
Otherwise we all have to be geared up to face the sweltering condition ahead.
So work together to make this earth a better place to live but not to leave.

Shaping Dreams
Well I don't know who Jim Fox is and never heard about him before, but all I know is that his words definitely going to work.
It dates back to a year when I read this first. That time it was just a conceptual thing to me. I never thought this thing would actually run me. When I made a choice out of a steady, saturated but renowned MNC and a rapidly rising Indian company, I was pretty sure that I will find myself in a better position to respond to my family, friends and other peers with my achievements. Well not all thing goes according to your will. And in my case, its never been for last 9 years. Ignoring the past experience, I jumped into the job with great enthusiasm. Hoping to work with great zest and passion, I started showing positive attitude to whatever comes in front of me. And after a week in the company, it was my first meeting with a vendor- Swagelok, I realised as if being a technical plumber rather than ece engineer entering into instrumentation field. Well things went on little weird with hard to find any work to do during those days. However, its now completely different situation now, but aim remains the same- work. No work now too but with nothing to loose. So its a new exp. which is fostering on its own.
Well sometimes people get confused to choose their path. Its a well known fact that-If you don't make choice, choice will make you. And thats where I was..driven by choice's choice. But now when I have made my choice, its getting hard to find the path to achieve it.
Sometime back people, peers, used to cheer me up with patting me and saying I have a bright future, but it seems the future is so bright that I can't open my eyes now and have take other path or may be have to look opposite to it.
Everyone has some dream, so do I. And I am just working to make it real as any other bloke in this world.
Thanks

X Press Ing Myself
Its always been a pleasure for me to entertain the more intelligent and intellectual minds on the other side of the screen with my eager mind on this side. Being on the track of slow blogging, I find it much appropriate to put my thoughtfulness. In doing so, I found another way, getting my letter published which were related to the issues discussed previously in this blog. Here are the snapshots of letters which found a space and got published in TOI, in chronological order.
22nd of January, 2009

20th of January, 2009

16th of January, 2009

12th of January, 2009

This is one of the ways to express myself more widely.
Even though, these remarks by me are satirical in its nature, but I didn't find the better way to make it more conspicuous and approachable . And I am eagerly looking forward to get fostered with your feedback.
Thanks and Regards,
Ankit Garg

Chaiwala Knows It All
The time has come for our Indian actors to overcome this puerile act and show their maturity in taking the essence of acting skill to a higher level. Danny Boy has done that with Indian Cinema which we have never achieved, a meticulous depiction of the reality. Indian Audience is always Gung Ho with romance, comedy, action and other entertaining measures and find comfort in movies like Om shanti Om or Rab ne Bana Di Jodi.

But the time has come to listen and to the silence of the movies like Black and Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi which most of the time fail at the Box office and thus de-motivate our aspiring directors and producers.

Even small budget movies are able to move the masses. They are entertaining and successful in getting a good response. If we introduce the masses with the reality without spicing up the story, I am sure there will be huge response.
Directors and Actors have to look into the zest of the movie as it is one of the major aspects in getting the world attention. Movies like The Blue Umbrella deserve an applause, but on the contrary hardly anyone know it and same is the case with Tahaan.
I would like to mention some Hollywood movies which moved me. These are Seven Years In Tibet, Rainmaker, Brave Heart, Beautiful Mind, The Swashank Redemption, The Prestige, Life Of others and Into The wild.
Talking about Slumdog Millionaire, it is the movie which will now inspire most of the directors and ultimately add banality to the Indian Cinema. Well Danny Boyle has gained a wide attention among billions of Indians. He can try his luck in Indian Politics too like Baba..arre don't panics Baba is our Sanjay Dutt.
Amitabh jii mentioned in his blog that whatever shown in SM is the strory of every country. Well Sir, it is true. But the time has come to improve ourselves rather wasting time in comparing with others. The problem is with our society and when personality like you make such comments, it shows the indifference within us. Please don't spread the words of pessimism. We need to understand the problem and help to root it out.
Some of the major aspects of a movies like direction, action etc. are undergoing a revolutionary period with many directors and actor playing each others role. I wish this would help Indian Cinema to be in a global arena.

Year of Insurgency- NE States
Cycle Bomb Blasts
Thread Bomb Blasts
IED Blasts
RDX seized
Militants arrested
Militants surrendered
State with maximum no of naxalites
MLA involved in naxalism
and the list goes on.
These days we see the Indian of the Year, Player of the Year award but the days are not far when we will have Militant of the Year or the State with maximum reports of insurgency and so on.
I don't figure out that even facing so many blasts in Guwahati alone, why didn't the Govt. of Assam do anything. Is the pressure on Govt. from militant outfits is more than from innocent people. Even yesterday we heard the news of blast there.
Govt. has already outlined the States with highest no of insurgency and comparably peaceful in the NE States of India. Well I am sure they havn't yet decided the measures to be taken to minimize it. Arunachal Pradesh is another example which comes under the peaceful category. Is Changlang province of Arunachal peaceful? Militant activity is speeding up in Arunachal itself and the day is not far that it also comes under the category of Disturbed state.
So, its the time to go with a eradication act rather than discussing on it. And if the Govt. has not yet finalized its preventive measures then I guess NE region has to go neglected once again.

Please take action because handful of Americans have died.
Well there is nothing much left to be spoken about the inappropriateness and duality of the policies of world powers. I have for so many times wrote to the editor of TOI. But may be due to the aggressiveness of my thoughts which I put into words made them from not publishing the articles.
Countries talk about unjustified act of Israelis but what about Pak sponsored TERRORISM which is rather a proxy war
I have carefully followed the developments taken after Terror strike at Mumbai. Everytime we make mistake by leaving them unharmed. But being an Indian I feel the raging anger within myself. Well atleast not this time.
Being a Mumbaiker once I know the "Neversaydie" or "Back on Track" spirit of them. But is this spirit responsible for the inactiveness of our Govt. in the past? Ofcourse not. But whats that force which made our hibernating Govt. But now I come to know why Indian Govt. is taking so much interest and showing promptness in the killing of hundreds of Indian who became the victim of handful of terrorist because our so called Friend USA has lost her citizens too.
Well my intention is not to divert our mind from ongoing and longlasting tussel of words with our Paki counterparts but this is the issue which will be there.
If we talk about dialouges with our neighbours, its going just fine we samething they accept and reject the same the other day. Well is this the dialouge we always talked about?
Our so called higher class have seen the terror strike of this intensity for the first time but for their knowledge our brothers and sisters in J&K faces the same every month.
This my earnest request from the medium of this Blog to all the Citizens of India to wake from their deep slumber and think and act by looking for the urgentness of the situation.
JAI HIND
