With limited resources I am writing from one of the most restricted places in Noida i.e., my WORKPLACE.
Well instead of  a very bright sunny morning ( extremely rare in winters), I am  nestled in the 3 sided close barriers with lowered seat and my back fully rested on it.
During initial days at this place, I used to spend 9hrs here and rest at home but for last fews days things are going other way round. With a throbbing feeling after spending sleepless nights I feel like at the bottom of the world with all burden over me.
Eyes going down everytime I try to looking into this Jazzy TV. During my childhood, I was often scolded for watching 21" semi blurred CRT TV without blinking and even more for watching it from under 3 mtr distance. As I said things are going pretty opposite these days. Now I am getting paid for watching 55" FULL-HD, 3D LED TV with under 1 mtr distance and hopefully making my parents proud.

God help those who can't help themselves..... (anonymous at this Workplace)

Tormented ->Mind :: Augmented -> Soul

The loss is when a Soul is lost.
                                                    - Charles G . Finney

After a long time I am back to the blogspot but with nothing. I don't have any issue to take up this time. Its only me now.

Going through the above lines of Charles I looked inside myself and start searching for the one but could not find. Well where it could be? Did I loose it during this 9 months? Definitely not.

Well these 9 months were the period of considerable career boost for me.But it seems I still lack something vital in it. And I am sure I will figure it out soon. As of now I am enjoying the moment and planning to join Peepli.

Great stay in No Man's Land.

Void Leaders- Dirty Politics

I always have some quests on my mind regarding whatever going around me. But then I realise that its better to focus on one thing at a time then to go on drilling for everything . Thats what made me slower in this particular area of expertise i.e., blogging.
Well being a part of greatest democracy in the whole World, is it a pleasurable experience for everyone one us to enjoy the festival of democracy with the same sense of greatness? I am afraid no. The reason being feeling of hatred germinated within different people which is sowed by some other. Now the question is who are these people. No guess here beacuase it can be you who might fall in the previleged or relegated virtual groups created by political party during election. These groups can be comprised of Youth ('The' most important term during 15th Lok Sabha election), Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Minority, Women, Senior Citizen and many more. Godsake there is no section based on color difference.
Well lets talk about Youth only...as others are not my area of concern at this moment. Leaders......young leaders representing youth...do they really represent youth or are they representing political parties....thats hell lot of confusion beacuse when they say they are representing youth....why do they get themselves invloved with Mandir Mazjid issue. Youth never want to be involved in it as this is the most discerning hindrance in the growth process. Or may be the case is, they don't have any issue concerning youth of this Nation and youth politics is their only way to Parliament. Leaders are more concerned with what happened in Kandhar a decade ago then present situation. They say youth want to change the Nation but what actually they want to change. For changing the Nation we need to change ourselves first.
Have we changed for the past few years? I answer is simply NO. We are the new ones with old outlook. Change the outlook , change urself.
Some people still feel haunted by the ghost of Babri issue. Move on man. There are lot many issue to be looked into. We poor Indians still struggling to get basic amenities and leaders are busy in blocking the working of Parliament. How many times they discussed the issues of basic amenities in the Parliament and if they do whats the output ? So better don't discuss and waste the money of common man in just void proceedings.

This money could have been used for some better purpose but our irresponsible and void leaders speak the language of money. They answer and raise questions only when they are filled up with enough notes.

The recent showoff for particular community during the tabling of Librahen Report is a clear indication of our vote collectors in the Parliament. They don't deserve the seat in the house. But we are only responsible for such condition of the house.

I hope as we have learnt many lessons in the past few years, this time too we will learn and don't repeat the same mistake.

Diplomatic Fizz of Wicked Minds

Homo sapien sapien, out of evolution or mutation, developed the deadliest weapon within them. Well the Newton's Third law didn't even spare human mind. Mind limits you, mind releases you. Mind make you to follow it, mind makes you to mind it.

Everything in and out governed by it. Mind never sleeps. But makes you sleep. This is the artistry of it. We all know this  famous hole in the wall of Shawshank.

The showcase of acute intelligence.

Well we Indians always try to take the credit of all good things happening with people around the world by linking ourselves. And none of us feel accountable when something wrongs happens. Thats what we are and thats how we are. This is the wicked side of our mind.

Recently, an incident of deluging mailbox with unknown mails occurred with a Nobel Laureate. The guy being simple and focused towards his work, felt disrupted and finally broke his silence with giving his piece of mind to his Indian counterparts. But some without grey matter made it serious issue. We need to learn the basic idea of human instinct. What Mr.Twitter suggested was fallen into the deaf ears. Or what Mr. Venky told struck to the white surface.

Our democracy is the largest in the world. But we are only capable of choosing the wrong person for the right job. Otherwise, we would have never striken back at our chosen leaders We lack intellectuals at higher position. We are the victim of our own irregular and irresponsible stand on crucial matters.

Now when we talk about crucial matters, first thing comes to my mind is India's stand on terrorist outfits. Its been 11 months and still we are stuck up with that b****y hearing dates. I appreciate that people in India still stick to the basics "Slow and steady wins the race" but they are compromising another rule of thumb i.e., Time and Tide wait for none and Time is important than money. Slowness is a double whip on Indian Judiciary. God knows when they gonna realize it.

Regarding India's foreign policies and diplomatics, its still unclear where we stand. As whenever anything happens, we look into Uncle Sam's eyes to back us. Don't we have enough voices to raise in th UN.

Indian Govt. is failing a big time on crucial matters. Be it PetroKazakhstan Inc bidding, UNSC GS, Pakistan's fickle mood, Chinese incursion or attack on Indian students all over the world. Everywhere we lacked the potential to get the world's attention. And what actually we are getting is blame for global warming. Which is though equally true.

We lack great deal of accountability. Be it PM or Peon. Everybody should admit and produce.

INFORMATION OVERLOADED ATTENTION DEFICIENCY

Does being around informative people make us knowledgeable. Ofcourse not.

"Information is not Knowledge"
                                                                                          -Albert Einstein

So where is the knowledge we lost in information? Even T. S. Eliot could not find the answer to his very own question.  And left us with this puzzling pithy which is eventually degrading to cliche.

Human beings during their whole life come across with so many things that at some point of time they become vulnerable to this encumbered information. As usual exceptions are there, but they are never taken into consideration, otherwise they would not have been called as exceptions.

Coming back to the cliche thing, it feels gawky to see some people still unsatisfied with their appetite for overloading information which will gradually result into nothing.

We are facing the greatest pandemic of the century- H1N1 flu ( Swine flu) but our health ministry seems unperturbed with it. Or it may be because they are running out of their little reserved mind. Comments like "Don't Panick", "Avoid Crowd" are well taken but so far suggesting people to wear mask not to protect themselves but others somwhere tells us that they are so badly moved with sudden inflow of cases that they even forgot the two way affect of mask.

Lets go back to World Population Day. It was the day which showed definitive inarticulateness of our Hounrable Health Minister. In a Press Meeting he urged to the people of India to keep themselves busy with watching Television so as to achieve birth control. And he even gave a logic to this. Well I think he must be eating LAYS that time otherwise Dilogical idea seems to be pouring in from either Mahi or Saif. Actually at this level we Indian can't expect better than this from our Ministers.

In a recent incident when SRK became the victim of frisking by US Homeland Security, we in India let our emotional mind flow so fluidly that we even forgot security is what we are lacking and US is having. Now come our other Minister, Mrs I&B Ministry, who wants to take revenge with same short of frisking with Americans in India. I am glad and egarly waiting for the moment of full screening at our Airports. Atleast this would not give safe passage to some culprits.

Now if we look into all these not so trifling matters. We would find a common link between them. The link of deficiency of much required attention. And this is because, we all are surmounted with loads of trifling things that we forget or pretend to forget the most important matter in between.

We care about no. of people dying of swine flu everyday but never bother to wear that non-placebo N95. We care about watching Television but never think about India's degradability into most populous Nation. We care about what happened to SRK, even though he was publicizing his upcoming movie "My Name is Khan", but never think about security holes in India.

So it might be very thoughtful of you to ponder about all these, but all we need is serious action. A thoughtful action which would help to pass on the knowledge without leaky channel.

Regards

Order of Star of India Stuck in Monetizing

Though the phrase may be obscure in its own. But it has a great relevance when we talk about BCCI. The phrase can be used as an abstract definition to our renowned, money making business organization registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act. Since we are talking about BCCI, eventhough it is registered but it is a Private Club Consortium which has an exception of showing balance sheet as any other private club do. And so do it sister State Clubs. I hope I reasonably use the term for the Cricketing club.

What surprise me more is its tightly coupled political relations. Though its true that in India Politics is in everything. They love, they hate, they fight and they survive only beacuse of politics. And politics is governed by money. Making money is not bad but what is bad is deviating from priority during the process of monetizing.
BCCI only knows how to cash in with the tournaments around the world during the whole season and if they feel that they would face some problem with future series they manipulate other playing Nations to get involved in a replacement series utilizing its money power over the corrupt members of the replaced Nation. They try to fill the gap but who get the money. Again BCCI.
BCCI having being doing this for so many year got the attention of another bounty hunter our own Laal Lalit. He then devised the way to make more money and got full time recognition
under the safe banner of BCCI. Well his game goes this way....when Team India don't have any upcoming series, engage them in IPL and make the most out of it. And again if during the whole year if you find any gap arrange 4-5 matches under IPL and again make out of it.
Well this money making theory might look somewhat difficult to you but that is how it goes.

$  I hope you can easily recognize two most out of place personality in the above pic. Yes you are right these are the two MINT industry in Indian Cricket.

Once a champion always a champion, hardly suites here.
I hope you remember the two iconic guys of our Indian Team who got GOI's recommendation for the covetous Padma Shri could not make to the Rashtapati Bhavan as they were busy in milking money.

$ Yes these are those guys.

The most obvious reason of Team India's defeat after defeat might be their mental and physical fatigue. But the core issue would remain unresolved if BCCI or Indian Players themselves don't take some concrete steps now. Otherwise SET MAX or STAR CRICKET would have to look for some other means for making the same money.

Ankit

Political Hibernation

IF would be the most ambiguous way to put forward my views, but looking into the present context I could not find anything more appropriate. What if I say I am BUSY folks. Well the word busy or preoccupied might sound deceiving to you in my context. But being a free man now I can hardly find free time. Its not because of any engagement in my personal life but yea pretty much similar to that.
Lets take a look into my busy schedule:
Movies, IPL and the most decisive one- 15th Lok Sabha Election. Though I could not find the party I am supporting to be at the top. But during the festival of Democracy I found myself so much indulgent into any slight development within any party and the world around that I can definitely say I am now responsible voter of this country :)

Although we either voted for the party or the candidate, either for our future or party's past, either for or against, either for our ignorance or pretension of knowledge. The truth is we lost in the hands of those who grouped us either in the virtual privileged class or relegated one creating the vote bank politics. Though no one is untouchable for a party during elections but it clearly sends the message among the people after the outcome of the results that democracy always wins and there is no room for such division within human society.
Now lets look into the credit of this election. Are youths going to play important role now? Everybody says youth want to change the system. But what is it they want to change. Everyone of us needs an introspection because its not only youth but somewhere deep inside everybody who now want to change the whole system.

So who are these youth gonna be, the one bindass college goers who hardly have any interest in this. If we ask them to change the system, they simply says we don't like politics or the one who likes is cashing in for the same. Now take a look into the youth leaders.
Youth leaders hardly take interest into debates because either they themselves refrain from indulging into it or on the command of party High command. Well you might be wondering why so? Its beacause they don't know wht they gonna utter next and will it help the party or not and since most of the time it doesn't, senior leaders come into picture to clear up the mess afterwards.
Well it was even worse for some parties who tried to make their independent image and got a major set back because of their swinging nature and policies.

So far the whole process is over as of now. We need to look forward. Work hard and work for betterment. And this time as there doesn't seem to be much dependence on smaller allies I think it would be much smoother for ruling parties to take developmental measures.

As I told you before that my second preoccupation is with IPL. So here too the team I am supporting has not come out with its star players striking high or you can say they are yet to go for maximum nos. of DLF Maximum. So the case of election and IPL seems similar to me. But I am confident enough here that the team which is still maintaining the highest position in the tally will continue to maintain so even after the completition of the Season 2.
So best of luck to these guys.

Stay Healthy
Regards

Powering Earth or Power Global Temperature

Doing Nothing is No Alternative.

Coal Fired Power Plant

After 40-50 years, the condition of people at tropical region would be like this.

We are going from most populated to most polluted nation if nothing will be done . Global warming is the most detrimental type of nature's calamityinduced by unnatural activity and is a threat to whole world now. We are preparing ourselves to abort any kind of nuclear attack from our enemies but we have to realize that we are the enemy of our own. Are we prepared to face it? I guess no and because there is no cure but only prevention to this, we have to act now. In the journey of developing India, power is playing an important role. And we are doing everything possible to make upto the need of growing India. Setting up power plant, but are these power plant eco-friendly. I am afraid no. Because maximum of them are coal fired. So effectively we have done nothing and not doing anything to prevent the surging heat. Let's take up a brief look at how these power plant contribute to Global temperature through their wastes and effluents. A single 1000 MW(e) coal plant emits some 6 000 000 tonnes of CO2 annually. A 1000 MW(e) coal plant, depending on sulphur content, on average produces annually 44 000 tonnes of sulphur oxides and 22 000 tonnes of nitrous oxides that are dispersed into the atmosphere. Additionally, there are 320 000 tones of ash containing 400 tonnes of heavy metals. May be these are the excerpts of data taken from IAEA's official website, but do we make considerations of these while deciding the source of power. If so then why don't we move to other sources of energy like Hydro or Nuclear.

Well the greehouse gases are not only the outcome of combustion of fossil fuels but also the new form of land use and modern agriculture practice.

The transition would be something like this.

Although, Govt. is busy in distributing the tenders for setting up the power plant to private sectors or PSUs but is it really concerned about paying attention to the after effects on nature. Moreover, instead of looking for alternate sources of its own, Govt. is looking towards its counterpart like US to come up with ideas, which might be indeed brought up by some Indian living there, to adopt. Well is that it? Nothing else. I wonder there nothing else.

Instead of blaming other nations for greater emission of harmful gases, I think it is the time India come up with befitting reply to the world community with its active participation in reducing greenhouse gases and proving itself to be a future leader.

Otherwise we all have to be geared up to face the sweltering condition ahead.

So work together to make this earth a better place to live but not to leave.

Shaping Dreams

Find a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life. - Jim Fox

Well I don't know who Jim Fox is and never heard about him before, but all I know is that his words definitely going to work.
It dates back to a year when I read this first. That time it was just a conceptual thing to me. I never thought this thing would actually run me. When I made a choice out of a steady, saturated but renowned MNC and a rapidly rising Indian company, I was pretty sure that I will find myself in a better position to respond to my family, friends and other peers with my achievements. Well not all thing goes according to your will. And in my case, its never been for last 9 years. Ignoring the past experience, I jumped into the job with great enthusiasm. Hoping to work with great zest and passion, I started showing positive attitude to whatever comes in front of me. And after a week in the company, it was my first meeting with a vendor- Swagelok, I realised as if being a technical plumber rather than ece engineer entering into instrumentation field. Well things went on little weird with hard to find any work to do during those days. However, its now completely different situation now, but aim remains the same- work. No work now too but with nothing to loose. So its a new exp. which is fostering on its own.
Well sometimes people get confused to choose their path. Its a well known fact that-If you don't make choice, choice will make you. And thats where I was..driven by choice's choice. But now when I have made my choice, its getting hard to find the path to achieve it.
Sometime back people, peers, used to cheer me up with patting me and saying I have a bright future, but it seems the future is so bright that I can't open my eyes now and have take other path or may be have to look opposite to it.
Everyone has some dream, so do I. And I am just working to make it real as any other bloke in this world.

Thanks

X Press Ing Myself

Hi
Its always been a pleasure for me to entertain the more intelligent and intellectual minds on the other side of the screen with my eager mind on this side. Being on the track of slow blogging, I find it much appropriate to put my thoughtfulness. In doing so, I found another way, getting my letter published which were related to the issues discussed previously in this blog. Here are the snapshots of letters which found a space and got published in TOI, in chronological order.

22nd of January, 2009

20th of January, 2009

16th of January, 2009

12th of January, 2009

This is one of the ways to express myself more widely.
Even though, these remarks by me are satirical in its nature, but I didn't find the better way to make it more conspicuous and approachable . And I am eagerly looking forward to get fostered with your feedback.

Thanks and Regards,

Chaiwala Knows It All

The time has come for our Indian actors to overcome this puerile act and show their maturity in taking the essence of acting skill to a higher level. Danny Boy has done that with Indian Cinema which we have never achieved, a meticulous depiction of the reality. Indian Audience is always Gung Ho with romance, comedy, action and other entertaining measures and find comfort in movies like Om shanti Om or Rab ne Bana Di Jodi.

But the time has come to listen and to the silence of the movies like
Black and Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi which most of the time fail at the Box office and thus de-motivate our aspiring directors and producers.

Even small budget movies are able to move the masses. They are entertaining and successful in getting a good response. If we introduce the masses with the reality without spicing up the story, I am sure there will be huge response.
Directors and Actors have to look into the zest of the movie as it is one of the major aspects in getting the world attention. Movies like The Blue Umbrella deserve an applause, but on the contrary hardly anyone know it and same is the case with Tahaan.
I would like to mention some Hollywood movies which moved me. These are
Seven Years In Tibet, Rainmaker, Brave Heart, Beautiful Mind, The Swashank Redemption, The Prestige, Life Of others and Into The wild.
Talking about
Slumdog Millionaire, it is the movie which will now inspire most of the directors and ultimately add banality to the Indian Cinema. Well Danny Boyle has gained a wide attention among billions of Indians. He can try his luck in Indian Politics too like Baba..arre don't panics Baba is our Sanjay Dutt.

Amitabh jii mentioned in his blog that whatever shown in SM is the strory of every country. Well Sir, it is true. But the time has come to improve ourselves rather wasting time in comparing with others. The problem is with our society and when personality like you make such comments, it shows the indifference within us. Please don't spread the words of pessimism. We need to understand the problem and help to root it out.

Some of the major aspects of a movies like direction, action etc. are undergoing a revolutionary period with many directors and actor playing each others role. I wish this would help Indian Cinema to be in a global arena.

ABHINETA SE NETA

Well its not new to see Actors and their better halves sharing the platform with big wigs of Politics Inc. This trend dates back to the time of Dev Anand when he laid the foundation by floating his own party during the Emergency in 1975. But his commitment to bollywood made him to dissolve it. This is not the sigle case but it happened many times when actors contested the election and do unjustice to the contituency. We all know about Big B's 1984 win from Allahabad when he too failed to carry out his political career. And Govinda's reluctance, rather his filmy career, even bound him from marking his presence in the Parliament. So, are we the Citizen of India justifiable in electing these celebrities to represent ourselves? To represent the people, one doesn't need to be a responsible citizen alone but he must feel himself to be a part of the mass which these actors lost while upbringing their Filmy career. But I wish Sanjay Dutt will dedicate himself to represent Lucknow at the National Forum, the place he hardly frequented to
before.

What does the above picture suggests?
Actually he is asking for votes and the police around him is his security guard.

Here too thanking his securitymen for being so kind to him during his tenure.

Whats that? He truly deserve to be a politician.

Mera Bharat Mahan.

Year of Insurgency- NE States

Report says around 570 people died in J&K in the year 2008 and while approximately the same number of innocent people(500) died in Manipur during different terrorist and militant strike. If we talk about number of blast then I guess Assam has a go in this. Now the subcategories:
Cycle Bomb Blasts
Thread Bomb Blasts
IED Blasts
RDX seized
Militants arrested
Militants surrendered
State with maximum no of naxalites
MLA involved in naxalism
and the list goes on.
These days we see the Indian of the Year, Player of the Year award but the days are not far when we will have Militant of the Year or the State with maximum reports of insurgency and so on.
I don't figure out that even facing so many blasts in Guwahati alone, why didn't the Govt. of Assam do anything. Is the pressure on Govt. from militant outfits is more than from innocent people. Even yesterday we heard the news of blast there.
Govt. has already outlined the States with highest no of insurgency and comparably peaceful in the NE States of India. Well I am sure they havn't yet decided the measures to be taken to minimize it. Arunachal Pradesh is another example which comes under the peaceful category. Is Changlang province of Arunachal peaceful? Militant activity is speeding up in Arunachal itself and the day is not far that it also comes under the category of Disturbed state.
So, its the time to go with a eradication act rather than discussing on it. And if the Govt. has not yet finalized its preventive measures then I guess NE region has to go neglected once again.

Please take action because handful of Americans have died.

Hi
Well there is nothing much left to be spoken about the inappropriateness and duality of the policies of world powers. I have for so many times wrote to the editor of TOI. But may be due to the aggressiveness of my thoughts which I put into words made them from not publishing the articles.
Countries talk about unjustified act of Israelis but what about Pak sponsored TERRORISM which is rather a proxy war
I have carefully followed the developments taken after Terror strike at Mumbai. Everytime we make mistake by leaving them unharmed. But being an Indian I feel the raging anger within myself. Well atleast not this time.
Being a Mumbaiker once I know the "Neversaydie" or "Back on Track" spirit of them. But is this spirit responsible for the inactiveness of our Govt. in the past? Ofcourse not. But whats that force which made our hibernating Govt. But now I come to know why Indian Govt. is taking so much interest and showing promptness in the killing of hundreds of Indian who became the victim of handful of terrorist because our so called Friend USA has lost her citizens too.
Well my intention is not to divert our mind from ongoing and longlasting tussel of words with our Paki counterparts but this is the issue which will be there.
If we talk about dialouges with our neighbours, its going just fine we samething they accept and reject the same the other day. Well is this the dialouge we always talked about?
Our so called higher class have seen the terror strike of this intensity for the first time but for their knowledge our brothers and sisters in J&K faces the same every month.
This my earnest request from the medium of this Blog to all the Citizens of India to wake from their deep slumber and think and act by looking for the urgentness of the situation.
JAI HIND
